Front Line ProAxess Line Technical Support

| With hundreds of Front Line Software systems installed, Front Line recognizes the growing importance of having instant access to the highest quality technical support. That's what the ProAxess Line is all about. The ProAxess Line (P.A.L.) is answered rapidly by senior Front Line Software support technicians. Calls into the ProAxess group are usually picked up in one minute or less, allowing customers to bypass the longer wait times in the normal technical support group. Customers wishing to use the ProAxess line will have two types of service to choose from — the 888 or 900 line. Customers that are not eligible for free technical support will be routed to the ProAxess Line, where they also will be able to choose the type of service they desire. Who uses ProAxess? For many years, Front Line has had a specific policy stating that free technical support is available for a specified period from the date of purchase. ProAxess adds to the quality of customer support across our entire customer base, whether or not your product is still eligible for free technical support. Customers with products that are past their date of free technical support will now have a way of continuing their access to technical support. Plus, they will have their calls answered quckly by a member of the ProAxess support staff. Even customers eligible for free technical support may want to take advantage of this service. In cases where time is money, it makes sense to have instant access to technical support. ProAxess will serve the needs of these users well. Flexible Billing Method 1: Call the ProAxess line: 1-916-674-2074. The billing from ProAxess will appear on your statement as "ProAxess Support Services". The rates for either line are the same: $2.50 per minute up to a maximum charge of $35 per call. Charges begin when you reach the live tech and begin your support session.
